Listings

1 min

Walk through how to add a listing, configure rates and rules, and connect Airbnb and Booking.com through Channex so inventory stays in sync.

Recording Flow

  1. Open Listings and show the property list.
  2. Open one listing and scan details, photos, policies, units, pricing, and channel status.
  3. Explain Airbnb import as the recommended route for most hosts.
  4. Mention Booking.com setup through Channel Manager and Channex where relevant.

1-Minute Voiceover

“Listings is where your properties live in SympleHost. Each listing holds the information guests and channels rely on: property details, units, photos, amenities, policies, pricing, availability, and channel connections. For most hosts, the easiest starting point is importing from Airbnb, then connecting other channels after the listing is inside SympleHost. If you want to start with Booking.com, use Channel Manager and connect through Channex. Once the listing is set up properly, the rest of the platform becomes much easier: calendar, reservations, guest messages, guide books, and reports all depend on clean listing data.”

Add check-in instructions, Wi-Fi, parking, house rules, appliance notes, local recommendations, and images, then share the guide with guests through a link. The advantage is that your team keeps one source of truth. If something changes, update the guide once and the shared version stays current. From here you can manage workspace details, integrations, users, task reminders, payments, messaging channels, and other account-level controls. Integrations are especially important during setup: connect the channels your business uses, such as messaging tools, Stripe, pricing tools, and supported OTA or channel connections.
