Quotations are one of the most powerful features in SympleHost. They let you create professional, branded price proposals and send them directly to potential guests — giving you full control over your pricing, presentation, and payment terms.
Types of Quotations
SympleHost supports two types of quotations, each designed for a different kind of offering:
Property Quotations
The most common type. Property quotations are for accommodation stays — guests booking a villa, apartment, or room for specific dates. They include:
- Check-in and check-out dates
- Nightly rate breakdown (with per-night pricing)
- Guest counts (adults, children, infants)
- Optional meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner packages)
- Add-ons and extras (airport transfer, early check-in, late checkout)
- Fees and taxes (cleaning fee, service charge, tourism tax)
- Multi-property bundling — combine multiple listings into a single quote
