Invite Team Members

Invite teammates from Settings → Team Members, choose a role, and send access so they can help manage your workspace.

Use this walkthrough when you want to give someone access to your SympleHost account. It shows how to open Team Members, invite a teammate, pick a role, and send the invitation.

What You’ll Do

  1. Open Settings → Team Members.
  2. Click Add Team Member.
  3. Enter their name, email, and phone number.
  4. Choose a role that matches what they need to do.
  5. Send the invitation email (or activate the account instantly).
  6. Confirm they appear on the team list with the right status.

Good To Know

Only the Account Owner and Account Admins can manage team members. After someone accepts the invite, their sidebar and permissions follow the role you assigned. See How to Add Team Members & Assign Roles for the full role guide.
