Find workspace settings, connect channels, configure messaging tools, and manage account-level setup.

Make it obvious that Settings lives under the top-right profile menu.

Recording Flow

  1. Click the top-right profile menu and open Settings.
  2. Show General, company/workspace details, integrations, task reminders, and user/account areas.
  3. Open Integrations and scan channels such as WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, LINE, Gmail, Stripe, and pricing tools where available.
  4. End by reminding users to come here whenever they need account-level configuration.
